ThirstCup™ is launching as an online drinks brand. Some products may be shipped directly from our supplier or fulfilment partner. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel or change it.
Due to the nature of food and drink products, we may be unable to accept returns on opened, used or perishable items unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thirstcup.com with your order details and photos where possible.
